An accomplished singer and pianist, Sara received a BM at CSU Sacramento in voice, with piano as a secondary instrument. While pursuing her undergraduate, she was on staff at Sacramento City College as pianist, and assistant to the voice and choral program. Sara received her Master of Music in conducting from University of Washington.
Other credits in Music Directing include ReAct Theatre (recently with Schoolhouse Rock Live!), Bellevue College, Driftwood Players, and many High School and Middle school musicals. Sara is excited to be a part of Woodland Park Players having lived in the neighborhood for over 5 years.
Sara freelances as a musician and coaches many actors for musical auditions and voice lessons. She also enjoys cooking, throwing dinner parties, gardening, and playing with her two adorable dogs; Benny and Bella.
